Fusion Dance & Wellness (Fusion) is not responsible for any loss of belongings or injury while on the premises, or while travelling to or from classes or lessons. Unless instructed otherwise in writing, Fusion is authorized to take video and photos of camp activities to include in our marketing efforts. Children will only be released into the care of those identified by their parents in a release form available the first day of camp.
